Who we are
This website is operated by Klayoo s.r.o., Poličanská 1487, 190 16 Prague, Czech Republic (the "we" in this policy). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions and requests: patrik@loraconsulting.co.
What this site is
This is a public profile page for a creator. The button on the page takes you to a third-party platform where her content is published. That platform is operated by a different company and has its own privacy policy and terms, which apply from the moment you arrive there. Anything you buy or subscribe to happens on that platform, not on this website. This website is intended for adults (18+).
What we collect on this site
- Technical data when you open the page: your IP address, the approximate country derived from it, the type of device, browser and operating system, and the time of your visit.
- Interaction data: that the page was shown to you, that you tapped a button, and which version of the page you saw.
- A random visitor ID stored in your browser (local storage) so that you keep seeing the same version of the page on return visits. It does not identify you personally.
- Advertising click identifiers if you arrived from an ad (for example the ad, ad set and click IDs Meta adds to the link, and the
_fbpcookie value if present).
We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, payment details or any account information on this website.
Why we use it
- To show the page and keep it working (legitimate interest).
- To measure which ads and which version of the page work, and to stop paying for ads that don't (legitimate interest in running our advertising efficiently).
- To detect bots and abuse (legitimate interest).
Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram). It tells Meta that a person who saw an ad reached this page and pressed the button, so we can measure and improve our advertising. Meta may link this information to your Meta account and use it under its own privacy policy. You can manage how Meta uses data from other websites in your Meta ad settings.
Who receives the data
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – advertising measurement (Meta Pixel).
- Vercel Inc. – hosting of this website.
- Railway Corp. – hosting of the database where visit and interaction data are stored.
These providers process data on our behalf or, in Meta's case, as an independent controller. Some of them are located in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Visit and interaction data are kept for up to 24 months for advertising measurement, then deleted or anonymised. The visitor ID stays in your browser until you clear your browser data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or your local authority.
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sharing of your data for cross-context advertising. The Meta Pixel described above may count as such sharing; you can opt out by adjusting your Meta ad settings or by using a browser that blocks the pixel. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
